Tomatin 12 year old sherry cask is a 2024 addition to the distillery's core range. Fully aged in sherry casks this special single malt offers rich, decadent flavours. There’s aromas of caramelised apple, pear, sultana, orange peel and hints of aged leather to enjoy. The palate offers flavours of chocolate fudge, Manuka honey alongside dried fruit and nut. The finish is warm with a sweet, cinnamon spice.
A bold bottle design with colours of deep red and gold is an inspired choice for a fully sherried whisky. The colours reflect the flavours imparted by the sherry casks during the spirits 12 years of aging.
