This is a dark and deep rose de Saignee destined to pair wonderfully with the fall and winter table. It is entirely from the 2017 vintage, 100% Pinot Noir and finished with a scant 1.5 grams per liter of dosage. The nose opens with a light hit of spice, some raspberry, tart cherry and a bit of minerality. The palate is moderate in weight with savory garrigue, pomegranate and tart cherry.
