Drawn from a single Oloroso sherry cask laid down in 2011 and bottled on 1st December 2024, this is the 4th and final release of the 2024 Distillery Team Sherry Series from Laphroaig.
Whisky from cask #1079 has the signature medicinal peat character of this iconic Islay distillery, balanced by over a decade of Oloroso influence. Expect notes of dried and stone fruits, spice, nuts, chocolate all wrapped up in a smoky peat that is defiantly Laphroaig.
Bottled at a cask strength 53% abv and one of just 279 bottles. This is a must for Laphroaig enthusiasts and single cask collectors alike.
