Commercial Description:
Mezcal produced by hand in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, with double distillation in copper stills, reaches its perfection at 46% Alc. and it gives you a round experience, between smell and aroma, even being able to find what the Japanese call Umami, which, simplifying, is described as "tasty", a subtle flavor but with a prolonged aftertaste that is difficult to describe.
Warm in the mouth with almond flavors, spices with a woody/earthy finish; It confirms what we detect on the nose, caramel aromas that evoke black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. It evolves to vegetable/herbal nuances that remind us of green olives and laurel.
Simply perfect to accompany red meats and spicy Mexican dishes.
