Our Kloster Sud is a red-gold rarity brewed according to the March beer tradition. The so-called three-mash process, which is only rarely used today, gives this beer its distinct character. Selected malts and fine aroma hops give the dark red Kloster Sud a balanced malt sweetness, fruity acidity and a subtle tartness. Bottom-fermented and then matured for a long time, today as it was then the special beer enjoyment.
