Kaldi eventually discovered that roasting the berries brought out their full flavor, and thus, coffee was born. Fast forward a few thousand years to present day, where a young Kiwi had a dream of creating a coffee-infused alcoholic elixir that would give a kick like no other. After experimenting with different recipes, the young Kiwi accidentally added whisky to a batch of vodka, creating a unique and flavorful blend that we now call Black Batch Coffee Liquor.
