Tasting Notes

Deep amber in color with an inviting nose of dried fig, raisin, dark chocolate, and toasted oak. The palate opens with bold rye spice — black pepper, clove, and cinnamon — beautifully balanced by waves of PX-driven sweetness: medjool date, molasses, and caramelized plum. The finish is long, warming, and velvety, with lingering notes of espresso and dried fruit.
