The F4 EVO is a small commercial grinder that works best as a second machine or in a lower volume shop. If you need somewhere to put decaf, or you are setting up a cart or an office, this is usually the right size.
At 6.6 inches wide it fits places a 64 mm grinder will not. You still get real commercial hardware inside: 58 mm flat M340 burrs cut in Fiorenzato's own factory, and a micrometric ring nut that adjusts in a continuous sweep rather than clicks, so you can make very small changes while you dial in.
One thing worth knowing before you buy. The F4 EVO does not have a cooling fan. Most EVO models do, so it is easy to assume this one does too. If you expect to grind continuously through a long rush, look at the F64 EVO instead.
The touchscreen holds three programmed doses plus manual, and it counts what you have ground so you know when the burrs are genuinely due rather than guessing.
