The Fonseca family are widely regarded as experts in both and with five generations in Jalisco they have a deep respect for tequilas with soul and a sense of place. This is one of the finest Extra Anejos out there. On last tasting we found notes that reminded us of hazelnut infused dark chocolate, dried figs, bleuberry compote, preserved lime, Pineapple mint tea, nutmeg and campfire embers.
