Deanston 2006 vintage, Armagnac finish distillery exclusive whisky.
One of the latest distillery exclusives from Deanston. Distilled in 2006 the whisky enjoyed a finish in rarely seen Armagnac cask before hand bottling in September 2025 at a cask strength of 55.7% abv.
The Armagnac cask has imparted a great complexity to the resulting whisky. Flavours of baked apples, candied fruits, caramel, shortbread, ginger spice and cracked black pepper appear on the rich palate.
The team have combined the very best ingredients from the local area and used traditional methods to create a unique single malt whisky that embodies their community spirit.
