The Bulles de Comptoir continues to evolve with 65 percent base 2022 with the remaining 35 from a family solera that stretches from 2021 back to 1982. The nose is wonderfully complex with light baked apple, lemon curd, bake shop richness, yellow fruits, hazelnuts, pear and light almond to finish. The palate is moderate in weight with hazelnut, almond, citrus, yellow pear and stone fruits, clay minerality and a bit of preserved lemon to finish.
